Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring when my dog comes to stay?

Please bring your dogs vaccination book when you bring them for the first time and after they get their boosters each year so we can keep their vaccination records up to date. Also bring any medication or special dietary requirements your dog will need on their holiday. You are welcome to bring bedding and toys but we can supply these if preferred. Also don't forgot your dogs lead for drop off and pick up.

How much time do the dogs get outside?

We keep the dogs rotating in and out of the exercise areas throughout the entire day. We start at 7am and tuck the dogs into bed at around 8:30 to 9pm.

What happens if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?

Thats okay! If your dog isn't social we can let them out into the exercise areas on their own so they can still enjoy their holiday.

What do you feed the dogs?

We feed Royal Canin biscuits. We have a few different options for our guests depending on their size  and age: Medium Sensible biscuits, Energy 4800 biscuits, Mini Adult biscuits and Puppy biscuits.

Can you give my dog their medication when they stay with you?

Yes we can. Please let us know on drop off if your dog has medication and we can ensure they are well looked after on their holiday.

Are the kennels warm for the dogs?

Our kennels are completely insulated with pink batts in the ceiling and walls. The windows and doors are all double glazed so its nice and snug in the winter and cool in the summer.
